Pristine Realty is the sales arm for a focused portfolio of developments on Roatán, in the western Caribbean. We are on the ground, we represent the developers directly, and we built the company for buyers who are buying from somewhere else.
Who we are
There is plenty of scattered Roatán real estate online. What buyers need is someone who represents the good projects directly, explains the jurisdiction without spin, and stays with them from first call to closing.
That is the whole company. We carry a small portfolio, we know each developer, and we treat the distance between you and the island as our problem to solve.

Ash oversees development at Próspera and leads sales for Pristine Realty, so the person selling you a home is the same one accountable for building it. Based on Roatán, works with buyers directly.
Tomas has sold real estate on Roatán for more than 20 years, across the island's investment and luxury market. Based on Roatán, runs showings, negotiations, and closings for buyers here and abroad.
Scott runs both sales and delivery at Beta Village, from first inquiry through handover of the finished cabin. Based on Roatán, walks buyers through the village in person or on video.
